❌ Who This Program Isn’t For:


While this program is pelvic health–informed and designed by licensed physical therapists, it is not

a substitute for skilled 1:1 physical therapy.

It’s not the right fit if you are currently experiencing:


➡️ Pelvic organ prolapse symptoms (e.g., bulging, heaviness that worsens with activity) and should be addressed with an evaluation by one of our docs

➡️ Urinary or fecal incontinence

➡️ Low back, hip, pelvic or sacral pain that flares with daily tasks or is unresolved

➡️ New postpartum recovery needs (within 6–12 weeks or before clearance for exercise)

➡️ Medical red flags that haven’t been cleared by your provider
