We build Renew Health because we wanted more for our patients, and for ourselves as clinicians.
As an out-of-network practice, your plan of care is driven by what the patient needs, not by authorizations or visit caps.
Our ortho-pelvic approach treats the pelvic floor as part of the full kinetic chain, so you use your orthopedic and pelvic skills together.
Work alongside the founders, who are active in mentoring pelvic health clinicians all over the country and within a local DPT program.
Our patients come to see us for exceptional care, beyond what insurance offers. Our patients often see us after they have failed other treatment options. You'll see a varied, meaningful caseload, including:
Complex Pelvic Pain
Pregnancy and Postpartum Care
Perimenopause and Menopause Care
Low back, hip and sciatic pain
Hypermobility and EDS
What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat pelvic floor and orthopedic patients in one-on-one sessions
Build clear plans of care and explain them in language patients understand
Collaborate with the clinical team on complex and multi-system cases
Help with community workshop and educational events
What You'll Need:
Valid PT/OT license
Pelvic floor training highly recommended
Comfort with orthopedic assessment and whole-body treatment
Warm, confident communication with patients
Strong willingness to learn and grow

Renew Health was founded by twin sisters and physical therapists, Dr. Alyssa Almeida, PT, DPT, PCES and Dr. Brianna Almeida, PT, DPT, PCES. Both Alyssa and Brianna have a strong presence in the local community as co-founders of a local non-profit, EmpowerHER Wellness Initiative Inc., and owners of PelviPreneur, a clinical and business mentorship program to grow pelvic health clinicians throughout the country.
