"I want to say thank you to Dr. Alyssa for giving me my life back. I searched for pelvic floor therapy after my c section with my second baby . I had terrible back pain , leaking and few other issues post partum which I thought would go away. But 3m post partum came and the issues were not getting better like they should have been . I searched in a moms group and all of them said pelvic floor therapy would help. I had my doubts about pft if it would make any difference at all since I had regular physical therapy before and issues never got better. But from my first appointment I was treated with respect and felt heard and my issues were not brushed off. Fast forward to 6m postpartum my issues were virtually non existent.Now I am 9m pp and able to play with my toddler and my baby with no back pain .
